simplytraining.co has been providing technology training to the HWR Group for over 10 years and is the preferred supplier of training for the group’s 34 companies at 72 locations in New Zealand. The current agreement is for simplytraining.co to deliver targeted training outcomes to all staff at these locations to ensure we provide a baseline of competencies and provide the opportunity for our staff to grow within their roles in the use of all technologies used within the group.
simplytraining.co not only provides the training to achieve this but also supports this undertaking with Project Management and Administration functions.

The group recognises that training can be most effective when a blended learning approach is taken and sinplytraining.co has been consulting with the group in the development of eLearning solutions as a delivery mode for staff training.

I'm old school and used a pen and notebook for everything I did when talking to clients. But I knew that my systems were just not cutting it and it was taking valuable time to transfer written notes to electronic schedules and tasks. I got Stephanie from Simply Training in to have a look at what I do and show me how I can work smarter.
I now use OneNote on my phone to take photos and add my notes when I visit a client. When I get back to the office my notes are synced to my desktop waiting for me to create tasks in outlook.
I'm also using tables in excel and pivot tables to get my data quickly. Now it takes me less time to remember what I was supposed to be doing before I was interrupted!
Stephanie from Simply Training looked at what I was doing and drawing on her vast experience and knowledge quickly grasped how I could take advantage of features in One Note, Microsoft Office and Outlook to handle information more efficiently. Stephanie listened to what I thought I needed, suggested and implemented a solution and explained everything in layman's terms with the end result being that I have almost discarded the pen and paper entirely.
